In case you missed yesterday's cooking demonstration and are wondering what to do with the radishes you picked up in your share yesterday, here is Just Food Community Chef Felicia's recipe for Radish Salad, plus a bonus recipe from Just Food for Sauteed Radishes. Bon Appetit!
Radish Salad, by Felicia Rose
2 cups finely shredded radishes
3 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper to taste
optional: small handful of cilantro, baby arugula, or other young tender greens
Toss shredded radishes with oil, salt, and pepper. Add greens/herbs if using. Toss again and serve.

Sauteed Radishes, by Felicia Rose
1 lb radishes, quartered
2 tbsp unsalted butter or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
2 cups watercress or cilantro leaves
Heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add radishes and salt. Saute for about 5 minutes If radishes are still too firm, add 1/4 cup of water and then braise. Continue to add water, a little at a time, until radishes are slightly soft. Once water is absorbed and the radishes are at desired tenderness, add the water cress or cilantro and saute until wilted.

I'd like to invite you to have a look on a funny home-made decoration - the radish mouse on cold spread.
